Category 1: Registration

Some of my personal information contains spaces where I had entered other characters
We recommend that you use alphanumeric characters only for the entry of data. This includes the letters A-Z, a-z, and the number 0-9. For security reasons we filter out the use of certain other characters.

Category 2: Login Issues

I receive the message 'Invalid Password'
Password are case sensitive. Please ensure that you are keying in your password exactly as it has been emailed to you, or as you have amended it. To avoid confusion our generated passwords do not contain the number 1, lower case letter l, the number 0, or upper case letter O. If you have used any of these characters in your own password, please ensure that the you are not keying in the corresponding incorrect character.

Category 3: Property Searches

When doing a search through 'Property Search' I see fewer options for Counties/Regions than I do when setting up my Daily Email Alert Criteria
The options shown for 'Property Search' reflect data that are in the database at the specific time of running the search. For example if you see 'Yorkshire' in the drop down list then there is at least one property in Yorkshire currently in the database. This does not however guarantee that the property will be returned on your search results. It depends both upon the status of the property and your level of subscription. However showing the search options in this way reduces the likelihood of you running searches that produce no results. The Daily Email Alert criteria on the other hand includes all possible Counties/Regions so that you can set this up once, and these criteria will be matched against new properties each day as they are added to the database.

How can I get a "Printer Friendly" version of the search results?
The system has been designed to automatically render a printer friendly page if you print from either the "Search Results" or "View Property Detail" screens using your browser print facility.

Category 4: Email Alerts

I wish to suspend my Email Alerts
Login to your account. Select 'Setup Email Alerts' from the menu. Uncheck the box next to 'Email Alerts Active?'. This will suspend your email alerts, which can be reinstated at any time by returning to the same screen and checking the box again.

Category 5: PayPal Transactions

How secure are payments via PayPal?

I already have a PayPal account. Will I be able to use it to make payments on this site?
Yes. When you go to make a transaction you will be given the option to access any existing PayPal account you may have.

Do I have to set up a PayPal account to use the site?
Non-subscription transactions (paying to view individual properties) can be completed without the necessity to set up a PayPal account. Note that these transactions are still processed via PayPal on a one-off basis. Subscription transactions for Personal and Corporate monthly membership do require the use of a PayPal account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Simply access your the Paypal account that you used when setting up your subscription and follow the instructions for cancellation.
