Personal Client Membership (Free)All users can search for cheap property in the Investalist database. By registering as a Personal Client you will also be able to set daily email alerts to match your specific search criteria. In addition Personal Clients are able to view opportunities online, giving full information in order to make contact with the selling agent or auction house. As a Personal Client you will also have the option to upgrade to Corporate Client status for a low monthly subscription as detailed below.

Corporate Client Membership @ £ 9.95 per monthIn addition to the benefits enjoyed by Personal Clients, Corporate Clients have access to view the detail of any properties on the database at any time including those less than 14 days old. In addition each Corporate Client can 'lock out' the details of one opportunity at any time for a period of up to 5 days. This gives that individual Corporate Client exclusive Investalist database access to that specific opportunity, the details of which will not be revealed to other Investalist users during the period of the 'lock out'. This gives a potentially crucial advantage for members identifying and pursuing opportunies of prime interest.
